Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your bags when they arrive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your new, unused item to us within 10 business days of the day you received it for a refund of the purchase price*. You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) and the reason for the return PRIOR to sending the items back to ensure you receive your refund. Please e-mail us at guarantee@beachcomberbags.com.

*shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Sorry, but we do not accept International Orders at this time. Shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart. We can ship via UPS Second Day for an additional cost. You will need to contact us to arrange this special shipping.

Please remember that the post office is closed on Sundays and holidays!

It is advised that you call if you need an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air to confirm that we can get it out that day. Our orders usually go out between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm AST, but this is not guaranteed, especially during the holidays.

Shipping charges will be calculated by the Shopping Cart with online ordering.

Credit Card orders will be shipped immediately.

We will hold items paid with a money order or check seven to 10 days for it to clear the bank. Credit card orders are processed immediately and will be shipped within two working days of our receiving the order. We will e-mail or call you if otherwise.

To pay by PayPal go to www.paypal.com and set up an account. If you are setting up a PayPal account with a credit card, please be aware it may take up to three days. If you would like to see us accept credit cards on-line, send us an e-mail and let us know.
